Orders
Sign in to your account and open My Orders for live status. You will also receive tracking by email once the parcel ships.
Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once processing begins we cannot guarantee changes, but we will do our best.
Shipping
Standard delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Express options may be available at checkout for select cities.
Yes — standard shipping is free on orders over ৳3,000 before discounts.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return unworn items with tags attached. Final-sale items cannot be returned.
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You will receive an email confirmation.
Payment
We accept major cards, mobile banking, and cash on delivery in eligible areas. All payments are processed securely at checkout.

You can browse and checkout as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and manage wishlists.
